What are the prices?
Prices vary depending on the season.
Dorm beds start at $19.
Private rooms start at $48.
What are the office hours?
8:am to 11:pm.
What's for breakfast?
Fresh fruits, toast, peanut butter, jam, coffee & tea from 8:am to 11:am.
Breakfast is included in price.
Is there a kitchen?
The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, oven, pots, plates, and all you need to prepare a meal.
How about the Internet?
We offer FREE Internet/WiFi . If you don't have a laptop you can use our guest computers free of charge as well.
Is there parking available?
You can park on the street for free after 7pm. There are also commercial parking lots literally next to us, cost of overnight parking varies from $16.
Do you have a pick up service?
No, we don't, but it is really easy to get to us. Take the BART train and get off at Powell station. We are a short walk away. Please read the Directions section for more details.
Can I get in after 11:pm?
Definitely. You can come in and out as you please. You will be provided with a front door key along with a room key.
Do you have a safety deposit?
Yes, we have safety deposit in the office where you can keep your passport, plane ticket etc.
Can I store my luggage after I check out?
Absolutely. If you are catching a late plane or a bus, you can hang out in the city and come collect your luggage later.
What do I need to check in?
You need valid official photo ID or a passport to check in to the hostel.
Do you have a maximum stay?
We have a maximum stay of two weeks (14 days). Some exceptions can be made.
What is the check in / check out time?
Check in starts at 3:pm but if you arive earlier we can store your luggage until your bed is ready.
Check out is at 11:am.
